Ticketmaster UK Limited is making available the hotel packages as a retail agent of Sound

Sound Travel has protection in place to refund your payments and to ensure your
repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent. More information regarding your

Information provided at the time of purchase (name, e-mail) is the same information that
will be used for Hotel Package Check-in and individual contact requirements where
applicable. Please note: bedding preferences can be requested but cannot be
guaranteed by the hotel. You will have the opportunity to make these requests within your
Sound Travel customer account area. Sound Travel will issue you an email inviting you to
set up your Sound Travel account area within 7- 10 days of your original transaction on
Ticketmaster. If, after 10 days have passed and you have not received an email from
Sound Travel, (please check spam folders and ensure help@sound.travel is added as a
safe sender) please get in touch using any of the contact details found here.
Once confirmed, packages are refundable within the first 48 hours of booking ONLY. All
packages become NON-REFUNDABLE after the first 48 hours of purchase. Please refer to the
Sound Travel terms and conditions for full details of cancellation terms and the right of
transfer to an alternative person. Please note: Hotel Packages are not eligible for Fan to Fan
Resale
You may be asked to provide PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER name on this order.
Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the name on the order may be turned
away. If you need to add an alternate check-in name, please get in touch using any of the

In the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the package services booked, you
are obliged to bring this to the attention of Sound Travel without delay in accordance with
their complaints policy and The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations
