WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON-SALE
Friday 30th June (10am Sydney, 2pm Melbourne)
Remember, all tickets, VIP Packages and Hotel Packages are only available via the authorised ticketing seller for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour – in Australia this is Ticketek. No tickets or packages will be available on the Sound Travel website.
WHEN WILL I GET MY SOUND TRAVEL CONFIRMATION
You should have received your Ticketek booking confirmation shortly after finalising your booking. If you have not received your booking confirmation within 24 hours we suggest you contact Ticketek at https://help.ticketek.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Within 7 days of placing your booking with Ticketek you will be sent log in details to a Sound Travel customer account area where you will be able to request a room type (from double or twin where applicable) and add extra nights to your booking.
CAN I AMEND MY STAY DATES
The stay date included within your ticket + hotel Sound Travel packages is the night of your selected event.
You can add additional nights to your package via your Sound Travel account area, however, we are unable to make any changes to the original night included in your ticket + hotel package.
CAN I ADD EXTRA NIGHTS TO MY BOOKING?
Within 7 days of placing your booking you will be sent log in details to a Sound Travel customer account area where you will be able to add extra nights on either side of the night included in your package, subject to availability. As well as request a room type (from double or twin where applicable).
Once logged into your Sound Travel account area you will be able to view the prices and availability for all available extra nights.
HOW DO I REQUEST AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM & SEAT?
If you need accessible seating and/or an accessible hotel room, after placing your initial booking with Ticketek you will need to place your request via emailing us at email@example.com. You are also able to request your accessible room via your Sound Travel customer account area.
I HAVE BOOKED 2 PACKAGES, CAN MY ROOMS BE NEXT TO EACH OTHER?
We can request your room be next to your other room if you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will be subject to availability, and we will confirm back to you closer to your stay.
ARE THERE ANY REMAINING TICKETS OR PACKAGES?
The system is not yet stating that the ticket + hotel package allocation is exhausted, but the remaining tickets may be reserved within another customer’s basket. If you continue to attempt to purchase tickets the availability may change.
